About me

 

As a mother of two little ones, I know how hard it is to leave your child in someone else's care. You want your child to be happy, healthy and challenged. It has to be just the right place - for you and your child.

 

Coming from a professional background, I understand the daily pressures working parents experience. When I decided to open Walden Montessori Academy, it was not a decision I took lightly. I needed the support of my husband, children and friends - it really does take a community to raise a child.

 

I have 12 years business experience. I have planned events and activities, work with executive level of management. I am trained in First Aid/CPR  and have my criminal record clearance.

 

It is through operating a dayhome, that I believe I found a way to make a difference in the lives of children and hopefully the parents as well.
